Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Return Policy:
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- We have a 07-day return policy, which means customers will have 07 days to request for a return, from the date of delivery of products.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you had received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

- Your eligible for refund for accepted return by our customer suppoort against your return request as per return policy.
- If in any instance the order is not processed or dleivered to you for the maximum period of 45 days or more due to technical or logistic issues on our end. (Note: If you have wrong address issues or your not present at the location for reciept of your order, in such instances your order will not be eligible for refund)
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- After returns approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 03 business days through our payemnt gateway. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation is only allowed if the order is not processed or shipped from our warehouse. Once order is shipped or under transit it cannot be processed for cancellation or return or refund.
- Following processing/shipment, cancellation fees of 50% of the order amount will be charged for order cancellation.
- In case the order is not fulfilled by our warehouse for delivery, a 15% cancellation fee based on the order total will apply.
Exchange Policy:
- As we mainly deal in imported cosmetic products we dont provide exchange options on any instances.
- You will have the option of return for the damaged or receipt of wrong products as per our return policy.
Some important points to be noted by customers:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right to the best possible way.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as cosmetic, flowers, creams, bueaty essentials or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
